Work-related injuries and illnesses should be treated at the University of Utah Redwood Health Center, OccMed Clinic.

After Hours Injury Care:
Available at Redwood Center Urgent Care
Hours: Monday - Friday 5:00pm - 8:00pm
Saturday - Sunday 9:00am - 8:00pm

All immediately life-threatening injuries or illnesses should be treated at the University of Utah Hospital Emergency department. If you are not on campus, go to the nearest emergency room. Inform medical personnel that it is a work-related injury.

Complete a Worker's Compensation First report of injury E-1 form.
