Occupational Health Software System
The Occupational Health team utilizes the Open Range Software system to facilitate occupational health programs. For more information about Open Range contact EHS at [email protected].
Things to Consider
The Open Range system uses the [email protected] email address to communicate with enrolled employees. Email indicators include:
- Subject line that includes: “PHI, University of Utah Health and Safety Program Enrollment”
- Email header that includes that you have been identified as needed to be enrolled in a program and requesting that you use a hyperlink to complete your questionnaire or form.
- An indicator of which program (e.g., Hepatitis B, Respiratory Protection, etc.)
- Email body that includes information about the program request.
- A hyperlink that when selected will allow you to access the questionnaire or form you need to complete or update.
You will also receive follow-up emails with similar formatting as your questionnaire or form is reviewed or as you complete occupational health services.
For system privacy and protection, users must be using university internet (e.g., U Connect) or be using the Global Protect VPN to access or update their questionnaire or form. Your university SSO credentials are required to log in to the system and complete or update your questionnaire or form.
