RPR 1 – Radiation User Personal Data
To ensure regulatory compliance, personal data shall be provided by each user of radiation generating machines and/or radioactive material. This data includes personal information, personal data, University job duties, and radiation exposure from previous employers. All radiation user records are confidential and are only available to individuals with a lawful and legitimate need.
