EHS Partner in Safety Award Nomination – Environmental Health and Safety

The EHS Partners in Safety Award recognizes faculty and staff members who exemplify outstanding commitment to safety as a core value and routinely partner with EHS in nurturing a culture of safety at the University of Utah.

Award winners receive a framed certificate plus a $500 “safety grant” sent from EHS to a Chartfield of the recipient’s choosing. Up to five awards will be given each year. Awards will be presented to recipients at the annual University of Utah STEM Safety Day on Oct 2, 2026.

Open to current faculty or staff members of the University of Utah. Previous award recipients are eligible after a 3-year waiting period.
